POSITION: An embroidery artisan for 23 years. Meena had no formal education when she began working as an embroidery artisan with the Sahara Collective. She now also serves as a key member of the Quality Control team.
PERSONAL LIFE: Married to an auto rickshaw driver, Meena has a grown son who is an executive in human resources, two married daughters, and a new grandchild.
WHAT HER COLLEAGUES SAY ABOUT HER: "I can put my total trust in her to
