In 2023, MarketPlace is about more than just creating income. MarketPlace transforms lives by integrating skill building and social programs into cooperatively owned workplaces. The cooperatives of women artisans produce the clothing you love while also facilitating the development of business skills, community action strategies and opportunities for personal
growth.
The women have formed tight-knit communities in their cooperatives. They work hard and find joy in their successes and their friendships. The artisans have developed the confidence to find their voices and speak their minds both at work and at home. As a customer, you are an important part of their success story!
